About Me
Product designer working on B2B tools that don't usually get much design love, automation canvases, RFP marketplaces, internal workflows. I spend most of my time on the unglamorous parts: empty states, failure modes, the first five minutes of a new user's experience. That's usually where these products break.
Four years in product design. Before that, architecture and urban design — which is probably why I gravitate toward systems with many moving surfaces.
Experience
Product Designer @ Verbaflo.ai
Nov 2025 - Present
Designed v1 (shipped to 2 clients) and v2 (in development) of the Journey Builder canvas — a node-based campaign automation system serving 12–15 enterprise clients (UK Build-to-Rent operators), replacing workflow that previously required engineering tickets or manual setup by VerbaFlo's in-house sales team. Solo design lead on v1; co-shaped product direction on v2 with the founder and PM.
Owned end-to-end UI for core node primitives, including the Reach Out node's Timing & Delivery modal (toggle-controlled Quiet Hours, Retry on Failure) and the Split node's outcome-based condition system, with a minimal, low-noise visual language adopted across the canvas.
Designed and shipped a marketing website for Aboria Capital, a venture firm and VerbaFlo partner, won via the existing Downing Students relationship; pitched the concept directly to Aboria's stakeholders and launched to positive product-team feedback.
Product Designer @ Tiggo.Inc
Jul 2024 - Present
Achieved 200+ waitlist signups by designing Tiggo’s product end-to-end, from ideation to scalable design systems.
Boosted RFP creation speed by leading UX for two product verticals, validated through a live town council POC.
Streamlined 100+ screens by building a Figma design system and establishing a unified brand language.
Grew reach to 500 blog subscribers in 2 months and 300+ organic followers by driving content, marketing, and Webflow/Wix prototypes.
Delivered user-centric, scalable products by blending UX design, product strategy, and brand-building with cross-functional teams.
Junior Designer @ DesignOGC
May 2023 - July 2024
Led end-to-end UX/UI design for the company's website redesign, improving clarity & achieving 2x user engagement while reducing the bounce rate.
Refined product flows and shaped Tiggo's platform structure by conducting over 20 user interviews and applying user research methodologies.
Architect @ Creative Group LLP
Jun 2021 - Jul 2022
Improved transit efficiency by leading Dakaniya Talav Station design, contributing to 4 other projects, and delivering 20+ drawings with 10+ stakeholders.

DesignOGC- Webite Redesign
DesignOGC, a spatial innovation studio focused on public spaces, needed a website that better reflected its mission of creating meaningful, impactful, and equitable design. The redesign transformed the platform into a modern, visually cohesive digital hub that acts as both a dynamic project library and a lead-generation tool. By showcasing projects, process, and values, the site now strengthens DesignOGC’s global presence and invites meaningful collaboration.
About
Client: DesignOGC
Contribution: Branding, Web Redesign
Year: 2023

Problems to Solve
Low engagement: Visitors weren’t compelled to explore deeply.
Confusing layout: Key information was hard to find.
Minimal conversion: Few clear calls-to-action to guide users.
Weak storytelling: Projects lacked narrative and process context.
Solution
Built an intuitive structure with a clear hero section that passes the “5-second test.”
Designed a project library that highlights mission, methodology, and outcomes.
Integrated values and philosophy into the site for stronger brand positioning.
Added purposeful CTAs to drive inquiries and collaborations.
Crafted a consistent, mobile-friendly design system on Figma.

Results
Improved clarity and brand positioning.
Increased inquiries and collaboration leads.
Stronger storytelling around projects and impact.
Muskan's Note
The new DesignOGC website is more than a portfolio — it’s a digital face card that communicates purpose, builds trust, and fosters global collaboration in the built environment space.
